Susie Brown, founder of susiemaroon, believes that caring for the environment shouldn't get in the way of high-class style and so has designed deliciously stylish AND green collections.
The leather Susie uses is sourced from a Scottish tannery that saves hides otherwise destined for landfill. The hides are vegetable tanned (a traditional non-toxic process) and polished to a natural finish. The cotton used for her cushions and place mats is certified organic and dyed using non-AZO dyes. Vintage lace for trim is sourced from second hand stores.
