Ryan Frank
Ryan Frank is a South African born furniture designer living and working in East London. Sustainability, reclamation and his African roots are some of the influences and inspiration behind Ryan Frank’s collection of free-range furniture.
The frequent use of salvaged or natural materials has resulted in functional, eco-sensitive and often unique designs. Ryan’s work has been recognised and profiled in TIME magazine’s ‘Who’s Who: The Eco-Guide’ and selected as ‘one to watch’ in The Observer’s ‘New faces of 2008’. Ryan has also won ‘Most sustainable product 2006 & 2007’ and ‘Best Press Profile 2006’ at the Hidden Art Annual Awards ceremony.
